- Health should be considered a global issue
The SCHLOSSHOTEL IM GRUNEWALD was the event location for the meeting of the G7 health ministers of the seven leading industrial nations on 8th and 9th October.
With the goal of countering the increasing threat of deadly pathogens, the representatives of the G7 nations came together in Berlin to put together a catalogue of measures. Furthermore, the ministers agreed to construct a global network of antibiotics experts.
"Diseases don't stop at national borders, this is a strong impulse for a global health policy," said the German federal health minister Hermann Gröhe as the combining of forces, which would now be achieved with the collective forces of the G7 participants.
The meeting in the SCHLOSSHOTEL IM GRUNEWALD, Berlin, which the General Director of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Margaret Chan, also attended, was for implementing the advice given at the G7 summit at Schloss Elmau in June.
The SCHLOSSHOTEL IM GRUNEWALD has been increasingly offering a very special space for meetings on various topics to lots of companies and organisations since the beginning of the redesign and repositioning in 2014. Various large rooms with ceiling heights of up to 9 metres offer the ideal environment for weddings, meetings, company presentations and lots more.
